That looks like a good company to work for, they'll probably offer competitive salaries since they'll understand what SEO actually is. I see quite a lot of job posting for SEO's that vary massively in salary. I see some very, very low salary offerings with titles such as "SEO Executive". When will companies learn that SEO is like anything else, they'll never hire anyone who's any good and has experience if they aren't willing to pay for them. All they'll get for a low salary offering is an amateur that can't produce the results, so they'll be wasting their time and money in hiring anyone.
